The newest member of the Mexicali Family

Meet the new kid on the block, Aron; the latest franchisee to join the Mexicali family.

Aron opened his brand new restaurant in Lincoln Christchurch in March, and it looks totally dope, Cali-style! Aron and his wife Shelley, along with daughter Zara, moved to Lincoln to be closer to family. They love being part of the small community and getting to know all their locals. Aron has always been a massive fan of Mexicali and loved our food, always searching for a store on his travels for work, believing that Lincoln needed one in the town.

Aron is proud to offer an authentic California-inspired Mexican menu and run appealing daily deals for his local customers and nearby University students. Aron encompasses the Mexicali brand ethos and executes it with pride – to make everything fresh using traditional recipes from way back.
